Yes I can eat all of that. I've never had a fill so I may need one someday. But the whole purpose is to watch food portions and I just went crazy. Maybe if I start talking about getting a fill I'll get some restriction again, like last time. I rarely eat that way but I did enjoy myself. Only indulge when I'm out at family bar-b-ques and never at home or in restaurants. There have been 3 family bar-b-ques in July and I only attended 2. Still 170 this morning. Today and all weekend I'll be busting my ass to get the weight down. That's what's cool about losing weight.. if you falter one day, you have the the next day to fix it. I plan on doing that the next day after the hiccup. What's bad is that if you hit goal weight, it isn't written in stone and our bodies won't go on autopilot to stay at that weight. It's a constant weigh in, work it off, eat right, drink right kinda life.

Well, maybe it's safe to say that I got the confidence now to hit on other people. That's soo crazy!

haha Jenn28, nope, I'm up 3lbs since yesterday's weigh in. I had 3 beef ribs, 2 pieces of chicken breasts, a few bites of homemade mashed potatoes that were hard and not completely mashed (yikes). Salad, garlic bread and oh... um.. raselberry pie. Wait wait a light dannon yogurt drink. That was all in 1 sitting too. I hadn't eaten all day due to work and workouts and then BAM! Bar-B-Que time and I became a hog. Talk about portion control huh? I am 170lbs this morning. I will get back down by the end of the weekend.

Thank you Mo, love you sis. So encouraging. Beachee, I don't think a tummy tuck for me, per se..is avoidable. I really need and want one. I don't care about the scarring, I just want a tuck so it's flat. I also want lipo in my waistline area.

I hope I can keep this momentum up. If I can, then I won't need a fill anytime soon. I think the last 10lbs will be the ass kicker and that's when the fill will come into play. WOOOOT:scared:

It truly is incredible to walk into a bar-b-que party and have all eyes on you in disbelief. Mother-in-law saying "you look good Telly" and sister-in-law saying, "omG, dang girl, everytime I see you, you look smaller, I can't believe it". Family men checking me out, family women checking me out. Gotta love the band.

Well..let's just say "Daniel the Cop" asks me for my 7 digits... asked if he could work out with me b/c he's gained a few pounds and needs a partner..... P.S. this guy lives down the road from me. Single Puerto Rican cop..probably like 6ft 3inches tall.. I had to take off my rings b/c when I do the long distances, my hands swell up. But the tan mark under the rings is there and that's what I pointed to. Kinda comical but this was my actual first blatant "hit on". to be continued at a later date

You guys keep me motivated, no doubt. I love the results and the reactions I get. LOL, ain't I a stinka? OOOh lemme just say this... I was jogging this moring and a Kissimmee cop pulls over and yells at me to c'mere. So I "c'mere'd" lol him and he said something like.."i've been seeing you everyday or most days and you're always alone. You are gorgeous and I wanted to ask if you were married." I pointed to my bandless hand and said "Yes, sorry bout that." He didn't stop there though. Holy hell... To be continued... and no I'm not cheating, sheesh

C 167 (-73 lbs total, -6lbs this week) Hot damn!!!!!!
