I decided against homeschooling this school season. He wanted to join the J.R.O.T.C. - Naval Sea Cadet Corps and I don't have the focus to sit and teach. I've got my business, the move to come soon and just too much in life to take over my son's education. He's going to a "B" school so I feel ok...but one slip in his grades and he's back home again.

Oh, great NSV - my wedding band and engagement ring no longer fits me. It falls off when I lower my hand. Also, I got in touch with a long lost buddy from myspace. I have a wedding to attend in Puerto Rico next month. I need to get down another 20lbs and I will.

If you are in the cardio zone, you surpassed the fat burning zone. You are definately losing weight b/c you are burning lots of calories. So say you're 30 and your heart rate is 150bpm's...you are in cardio zone and you're burning baby!
