Awww Karik. I hope I have great results and if not, then I will make it so. As for my skin, I take biotin supplements. It is for hair, skin and nails and I use the 5,000 mcg pills. I double it up though. I take 10,000 mcg biotin per day. It's vitamin b. 10,000 is only 2 small capsules really. I also use almay's facial soap as well as astringent. I use a loofa facial scrub and I wash my face every night, circular motion with the almay soap. Then afterwards I used desonide..prescribed by my dermatologist. It's a skin lotion. My skin is usually very oily. I use Loreal make up products, skin powder, skin foundation and blush. I use some lip gloss I would have to check.

09/27/2006 Morning - 1.2 mile jog this am at home on treadmill Lower body circuit machines @ the gym:faint: Evening 5 minutes Treadmill, cardio warmup Leg Curls - 15 reps, 3 sets - 40lbs Leg Press - 15 reps, 3 sets - 40lbs Abduction - 15 reps, 3 sets - 60lbs Adduction - 15 reps, 3sets - 40lbs Calves - 15 reps, 3 sets each - 60lbs Squats - 15 reps, 3 sets each - 50lbs Lounges - 15 reps, 3 sets each Abdominal machine - 15 reps, 5 sets each - 100lbs Oblique machine-15 reps, 3 sets at 60lbs Upper abdominal machine 15 reps, 3 sets each - using my own body weight (the machine you put your arms on and pull your legs to your chest, I forget what it's called) 30 - 45 min on the elliptical or arc trainer 09/28/2006 1.5 miles on Elliptical Machine @ 4.5mph 1.5 miles on treadmill @ 3.5 -6.0mph varied Stair stepper, unsure of how many stairs but burned total burned 550 calories 15 reps, 3 sets on oblique machine 15 reps, 3 sets crunch machine 15 reps, 3 sets abdominal upward crunch machine 15 reps, 3 sets of crunch machine (kind you hold yourself up on with your elbows and pull your legs in)

Well if you find that you have time..in the evening to watch 2 - 5 hours of tv or play on the internet.....then you have the time. You are doing great but just reminding you that your starting weight was fairly high. The higher the weight, the more you lose faster in the beginning.

I do practically everything this article states. I workout 2 - 3 hours per day, an hour in the morning and an hour or more at night. I weight train 3xs per week. I take Lipo6 and used to take hydroxycut. I had 5-6 meals per day and I cut out carbs that were high in density. I lost 85lbs in 5 months doing this. I am banded and i recently had my first fill, less than 2 weeks ago. 8lbs gone since the fill but the rest was me, on my own doing this regimine.

Barbara, you're not getting it. I can't eat regular foods. I am waay too restricted and it is very uncomfortable to eat regular foods. I am still on mushies b/c I cannot eat steaks, baked potatoes, etc. I am working on this in hopes of loosening my restriction. I understand that it does that on it's own over a few weeks so I am holding out. Again, if it doesn't loosen up then I will go in for a slight unfill but until then, I eat what I can. This is not by choice as far as eating solids. Don't get me wrong. I want to eat salmon and I want my spinach. I don't give in too easily to things. So as long as I can chug liquids, get in some kind of foods, I will not die and I will not starve. I know when it's time to call it quits on the fill hold out. -
I am planning on having this done and the doctor that I have been in touch with would do mine for $3,800 cash as well as give me free lipo suction around my waistline. I really need this. Here are today's pics of my belly flab/flap. These will be the last body pics I will take until after my tummy tuck which I am going to schedule in another 2 weeks. Seeing EmilyKaye's pics of her belly gave me the inspiration for these.

I can get liquids down no sweat. I can even chug down protein shakes but it's food that takes it's time and I realize that it's supposed to take it's time due to restriction. I will get an unfill in another week if I do not loosen up but I will also ensure I stay on mushies (baby food) for the next week and if no changes then it's time for an unfill. -

I am filled now at 2.8 in a 5cc band and I am overly filled. I can only eat baby food. Tuna will not go down and it's all the Protein meat I love to eat. I'm downing Protein shakes, yogurts, baby foods (stage 2). I don't want to go back right away, I'd like to work with it but I know that if I get a slight unfill, I will be binging like the dickens b/c I haven't eaten solid foods since last Thursday night. I have gurgling, sliming, uncomfortable chest pain as I swallow. Oh god:omg: -

I usually jog this certain trail and on the way out there is a sort of a ditch/water drain with a metal fence to shield it but anyone can just fall in. Kids play in it occaisionally. Ok so I jog passed it and see an alligator the size of me. I see him dipping into the Water, thinking I don't see it. So on my way to my mindpoint I spot a police officer. I tell him, hey.. there's a large alligator right there in that ditch. He asked me why I told him. I said b/c it's an alligator. He asked me if it was hazardous or would there be a problem with him there. I told him that children play in that ditch and walk by it everyday from the bus stop. He gave me another look and told me to call the animal patrol if I was really concerned. Ok not a silly story but wow that cop was dumb.

Hey Monk, www.fillcentersusa.com and I had Sandy do my fill out of Tampa. She was unbelieveable. She didn't use Fluoroscopy but she hit every single patient waiting in the lobby before me. People were leaving the office extremely happy. She is amazing! I am currently filled at 2.8cc's in a 5cc band and I am definately restricted. Water and soups go down, no food or mushies yet as I am not eating food. Maybe next week or by the weekend. Since the fill last Friday, I've lost 6lbs but I've been feeling rather weak. I need to try to drink more calories and get onto mushies. Tomorrow will mark the ending of the 72 hour hold on food. Tomorrow I will do mushies.

I jogged, walked 7 miles today but I have yet to do the crunches. I hit the gym for a bit and did lower body workout. I will get down and dirty and do my 400crunches tonight and maybe a 1 mile jog on the home treadmill. I feel fat.

Poodles, thanks for posting that. What your store guy's mother said about losing hair only confirms what my doctor stated, which is good news to my ears. I am taking GNC's Women's Multi-vitamin (includes zinc and iron) Also taking Natures Best - Biotin, 5000 mcg (I take 2 of these a day) Taking Calcium 1000 I think (i forget)
