I'm sorry you were having a bad week. I'm a little stressed too. I need to be down by 100 pounds before my one year in december. So my plan is to increase my water since I have not been doing very well with that. Then increase my exercise (have not been doing well with that either) and stay off the sweets! (I have been doing terrible with that!!). Maybe you can try those things too and see if any works? Or maybe try re-evaluating what you are doing and take away the things that you know you should not be doing????
