  1. Well, I am a bad one to ask regarding exercise. I try to go to bootcamp twice a week, but sometimes only make it once a week. I just dont do it like I should. Eating...I dont track my calories but I try to stay around 1100. For breakfast I might do a banana and a fiber bar, or just a fiber bar. Sometimes I just do a fruit of some kind. I try not to snack until lunch, and I eat around 11. Something with protien. usually a cup or meat like chicken salad, or a hamburger patty. Sometimes its leftover spaghetti from the night before, and I pair that with a serving of fruit. I might snack mid afternoon on a couple of crackers, or sunchips...but I TRY not to do the salty. I might have cherries or something instead.
