thanks for your kind words!!!! ya bad week glad i was not alone!!!i'm down 53 pounds and it seems like it has taken forever to get those three pounds i have up my water in take to the 8 glass a day!!! I find it is helping but we will see on Thur!!! Good luck hun talk soon!

Update on success i have went from being a size 38 in jeans to a size 34!!!!WHOOOOO SUCCESS!!!! It felt good today!!!

Thanks hun but im really starting to stress as i want to have 70 to 80 off by my band anniversary which is at the end of Jan but i'm stuck right now between 50-53 loss and don't seem to be moving ! I have kicked up my exerices i ran 4 days last week!!! But nothing ...just feeling really discourgaged this week! Not to mention i have a trip at the end of Nov to Mexico that i would like to be smaller for so if you have any tips or anything!!!! HElP sorry for unloading on you just having a bad week! Well went to the doctor and it was decided to stay were i am he thinks it is good for awhile so i agreed with hesitation!LOL But im floating between 52 and 53 pounds gone and i have only had three fills so will see.....so iam uping my exercise in hopes i can get it all moving again!!! Just an update for you all i finally moved im now at 43 pounds down it feels good!!! I think the problem was i was not drinking enough water!!!
