    Sugar1, you bring up an interesting aspect: nutritional deficiencies,etc. I posted the question because I have been on dozens of boards and read thousands of threads, but not anything on eyesight. I am one of those people with a "large head" and it is difficult finding eyewear that looks good on me. Contacts are not an option. Thanks for your comments.
