hi mima welcome to the family hope all goes well at surgery dont worry its not bad at all for me it was just gas pain in my shoulder but with hot green tea it went away stay in touch.lol

i wish i could only eat 1/4 that would be ozome,i normally eat alot more than that but i make healthy choices so i will still be at under 1000 cal per day. -

i was not required to be on liquids before surgery only to cut pasta and red meats.but im sure i would of cheated if i had ben on onmy liquids...just being honest.lol -
i had the same problem till i started drinking slim fast low carb..its soo good chocolate is my favorite.

i also love slim fast low carb but i mix it with a spoon of raw oatmeal blended with ice served in a margarita glass....yummi.... -
