i know its ard but thats what we have to do after surgery, i was on broth,water,and yello thats it for about 7 days. You can do it........

welcome breny congratulations on your surgery i understand the first week is so hard but it will soon get alot better just hang in there.....i also have had problems with my weight for about 18 years you know the yoyo dieting and always end up back where you started ........still fat or shoul i say fluffy....hahahha. So i made the choice of having this surgery and im happy with what i have loss so far i still have a way to go but i will get there. And so will you stay strong and remenber we are here for you.

hey tucsond i agree with itschoice, not alot of people have answers to your questions i know i dont atleast yet........ones i have lost all my weight i will defenetly be ready for lots of plastic surgery for now all i can say its congratulations on your weight loss and good luck on finding all answers to your questions..... keep us posted on your journey.. i am a mother of 3 beautifull children,happily married.....so far hahaha.i am a mortgage broker for the past 7 years wich with this bad economy it had ben bad for all of us in the mortgage field. hopefully things get back on track so we can make lots of money..LOL

Hi Mrsezova totally understand your frustration it took me a long time to realize that i had to be my own restriction yes the band works but i found my self able to eat just about anything and large amounts threfore my weight loss was very slow or none...... till i changed what i was eating aswell as the amounts thats when i started to loss a bit. i know we have surgery thinking the weight is just gona come off magicly....well thats what i though.....soo far from the truth.i went back to basic diet and exercise the band is just a tool that sometimes you cant rely on. for my experience its ben very hard to loose the weight even with the band but my own determination will make me succed. stay positive you can do it... i say it to my self afew times a day......LOL

Hi Princess 30 pounds is great,maybe you need to change your exercise routin abit, dont give up you can do it...... i my self had given up on my band it was working for me at all but i started to change my eating habbits and exercise a bit more and i started to see a little progress but its ok slowly but surely..... it can be done so many people have done it why cant me and you do it.... trust and believe and you will succed.....LOL

Hi kerrie your weight loss is very good, as for the gas it was so bad for me the only thing that help me was chamomil tea i took it as hot as i could, and it worked for me i heard that other teas like green tea also helps. its gona be ok my friend.LOL SORRY YOU FEELING BAD

:thumbup:WELCOME DEENER totally know what its like to have family not aprove or give you there oppinion as to why you should not do it......oppinions are like butts we all have one.... for me it was my husband who has never had a weight problem so he really dont know what we have gone tru i have allway ben on yoooyoo diets and allway end up back wrere i started still fat... or should i say fluufffy hahaha. i made the decision for me and only me even with out his support and i am happy i did im happy about what i have lost but still have a bit to go. hang in there girl and do whats best for you. :thumbup:hi beckie, totally understand what you are going thru,i have had the band for two years its a big decision but one that only you can make,yes its a very expesive procedure i was self pay. i paid 17,000dls but its all worth it in my case i just had to do something about my weight it was totally out of control, i was feed up with the yoooyoo dieting and always being back at the same place very fat... today i am not at goal yet but sure feel great about what i have lost. im still working hard for the final pounds but i know i will get there. the hardest thing for me was thinking i really did not have to diet or exercise that the weight was gona just come off... soooo far from the truth its a constant watching what you eat and exercise.Beckie its such a personal thing i wish the best and hope you do wats best for you. LOL

HI, KLASSEEKAT its normal all that you are going thru but soon you will get used to it, it took me a while to get to my sweet spot also all i can tell you is to watch what you eat and exercise a bit. soon you will at your sweet spot anf feel much better. LOL

yes you absolutely did great choosing the healthy food instead of regular,trust me i went thru the same thing and still do,i struggle with making good food choices all the time but i feel great when the good side of me prevales the bad food choice. soon you will feel much better and will start seeing the results of your healthy choices. stay strong and know that we are here for you.LOL:thumbup:
