Hope all is going well. When were you banded? How did you find out that you were low on B12. THey did not do a full blood panel on me ttil 6 months. Only thing off was the synthroid had to be cut in half. other thatn that all other items looke fine. But I do take B complex, Omega complex and chewable on most days. I am now takin the ferrous sulfate for iron. I finally made my first red cross Blood doantion after 1year. last month iron was .2 too low. We are good to go now. :cursing:Hi my name is Donna and Im from Melbounre Australia, I read your too tight or just right, and i would love to known how would i known if it was to tight or just right????. Because there are days that i can eat ok and then there are days i dont eat. Is this how it should be, or not??. The little food i do eat is very little and it feels like i have heartburn not all the time. would be great to hear back from you , thank you Donna ( fancyface ) :rolleyes2:

Hi bandfun4me thanks for getting back to me what you said makes sence. Some days I can eat alot and other days I can go all day without eating. Its great to be able to talk to someone who understands me, my family are great but sometimes they just dont get it. Hope to hear from you soon. fancyface

Hi my name is Donna and I got my lapband done 11 months ago, by prof O'brien at the Avenue Hospital. I have lose 20kgs, still have along way to go. Just wondering if anyone is having trouble with eating and feeling full after just a couple of mouthfuls??. It started after I had my last full so I not sure if that is why or something else if anyone has some idea please let me known... Am very happy with my weight loss so far it would be great to be able to talk to other people about things you go throught so hope to hear from all.. Donna

Hi my name is Donna, This is my first time and im not sure if im doing this right.? Anyway I would like to known if anyone else is having B12 shots ? I just found out that im very low in B12 and have to have B12 shots for the rest of my life, this only started since i had the lapband, has anyone else had this happen to them would love to hear from you.
