:confused: Hello to all, Hopefully soon I will get the hang of this. My surgery date is Nov 4 and I am so stressed out! Im on a liquid shake diet for 2 weeks and have had nothing but problems. Since the second day, Ive had migranes and cannot hold any of them down. Ive tried slim-fast, Akins and advantage. I'm having bad reactions or maybe allergic to something in these. I cannot figure out. Has anyone out there had problems?? What should I do...Ive worked this hard to get here and now I feel like throwing in the towel!!
