I have been sick alot over the past few months. I found out I had nodular goiters and one was so large it caused breathing problems. I had it removed on October 30th and I am still recovering. Now I have a scar across my neck and wish that I could just heal. I have no energy to exercise and even though I am losing weight I sometimes feel like a failure because I can't exercise. I hope things change for me really soon!
