40lbs is awesome!!!!! Ive been slacking lately really I havent worked out in a week because our gym got flodded at work so all Ive done is gone walking with my daughter who is 4. my doctor takes it to extremes with this whole not eating for like 6 days after my fill. It is so hard not to eat!! its 2 clear liquid days, 2 full liquid days, and 2 mushie food days its hard... I have my 3rd fill on August 12th and I need it!! lol
