That sounds like some great info. I'll be sure to go on Thursday morning. I would love to have a food tracker to journal what I eat. I've been watching today. At breakfast I wasn't hungry. I skipped it. Then ate two pieces of pizza my daughter threw in the oven. At first I felt full. Then about 2 hours later my tummy was growling. I just ate a sugar free pudding to hold my until dinner. Steak with salad. I also have an orange for a snack later. I'm still under 1200 cals. I wonder if I need less for a while?? Or more to make sure I get 1200??
90 pounds!! I can only dream about that right now. They want me to get to 150 first. Then I can change it if I want to lower weight. I think looking at my girls and their weight- 150 would maybe put me at a size 8. I could live with that. we'll see. I'm sure I'll have a year to ponder that or more.
