I have Anthem Blue Cross PPO, yeah let me know what you find, I like my protein but I may want some variety. I love V8, I would drink that on any day regular or otherwise. hopefully I will hear some good news tomorrow. I have Dr. Owens who is great, its his office staff in San Pedro that is working my last nerve. Every patient of his is happy and loves him, some have had the same issue with office persons only in San Pedro though not in Ranch Cucamonga, so I know now. I am still encouraged though, I think being my own advocate may work in my favor. I met one of his patients today, who had nothing but great things to say about him, so that was comforting. Ok, tomorrow is another day for us to stay focused on this new way of life, chat wih you later.
