    I am 12 days post op and finally starting to get my energy back. I didn't really have an appetite the first few days either. I am also starting to get that back as well. I am trying really hard to stick to the plan. I start regular foods on Wed. I am really looking forward to that.

    How big are the pills that we can swallow? I bought some Tylenol easy somethings. Do I need to cut them in half? Thanks.

    Hi, I am a week out and just had to sneeze for the first time. I could barely get the sneeze out because my chest is still so heavy. Did anyone else have this experience?

    I am one week out today and feeling close to myself. I had a hernia repaired so that still hurts a bit. I am definitely getting an appetite back which is hard. Glad this forum is here.

    I was banded on the 11th. I am still a little sore but slowly getting there. I had a hernia repaired as well and that seems to hurt the most. I am getting an appetite back and looking forward to mushies starting on wed. I only have to be on liquids for a week.

    I was banded on the 11th and still feel yucky too. I did have a hernia repaired so that didn't help. I am hoping I will feel better soon. The pain meds really do help. Hand in there, we will get through this.:thumbup:

    I was banded on Tuesday and also had a hernia repaired. I also felt the same way, and still do here and there. Most of the time I am glad that I did it. I am feeling better today and look forward to feeling better each day. I think you should skip school and take care of yourself. I had to skip class on Thursday. Take care

    My surgery is tomorrow. I thought it would never get here.

    I would love to be your buddy. I am 42, married and have two boys. I am actualy having my surgery tomorrow. I am just too excited and nervous.
