12/22/2009 - Ok, I've been on this liquid diet for 1 day so far. It isn't bad but like I've read in so many other's posts....I really want to chew something. My first "Liquid Pre-op" was during a family holiday celebration. There was all kinds of goodies there and I was able to resist them all and not take anyone's head off. I did find that the Sliced Roast Beef's juice added some extra "zing" in my beef broth.

I'm very nervous and very excited. I just cleaned out all the little munchie things in my desk and gifted them to other employees....I had to say bye bye to my chocolate covered espresso beans :(

3/11/2009 - Ok, I go for my 3rd fill today. Yesterday it hit me, that I was HUNGRY and I felt like I could eat anything. How very weird that I am going along doing GREAT and the day before my fill I get hit with being very hungry. I wonder if this is normal before you hit your sweet spot.

Well....1:45 can't come soon enough for me.

08/06/2012 - I've gained 40 lbs and just got done doing the "5 Day Pouch Test" That was tuff at first but I feel like I"m progressing forward now instead of stalled and rolling back. I'm coming back to the forums and tracking my food hoping I can loose what I've gained and get to my goal.
