Hello psuki Thanks for the pic comment - eh, it's been a year and a month. I lost the majority of the weight within the first 9 months, then started trying to tone up - which slowed the loss quite a bit.
You're what, 5 weeks out? The first two months were tough while I was adjusting to things. No matter what anyone says be sure to take your protein... really bad things can happen to you if you lose the weight quickly and don't keep enough protein shakes in ya. Soy protein shakes are your friend ; ) .
