So I went and was thinking about buying these, but when I did my research, i was blown away on why this is even marketed to the weight loss community. My question is any please anyone chime in. Why would any Bariatric Surgery Patient knowingly use a product with sugar in it when the market leader does not.

I was told to stay clear of the optisource because its so high in sugar. There are other brands out there that are actually better. I preffer the bariatric advantage brands.
