He everyone-I was banded on Nov 20 and today is Dec28 and I have only lost 10lbs although I did lose 8 before surgery. Is that normal or is it really slow.

hello everyone-I'm 63 years old and only 4 feet 11 inches tall and am 100 lbs overweight. I'm trying to decide between gastric bypass and lap band and am wondering if there is anyone out there in my situation who cocwcould tell me how much they lost over time. I'm really torn about which surgery to have. thanks, ritasu
