LOL! nope..I'm still here! yes..just jumpin thru all these ins hoops..fitness/nutrition/psych eval/rmr/upper endoscopy & now a Vitamin D supplement for 2mths. I don't think it'll hold up the ins submission but if I was goin to get a surgery date before then it'll most likely be pushed out til after. I'm glad to hear that u'll be making a change for the better. hopefully it's just what u need! =)
