Your body will retain fluid around the injured area, in this case surgery. You will know when it starts to come off. Don't worry,,, It will come off.

I agree with elcee ! If it's done, that you scratched your itch ! Get back to the BASICS, and follow your Dr.'s Plan. If you do this you will lose weight. If you insist on PIGGING out, it will never work for you. It's up to you ! But it's time to get it together. So Good Luck !

I am sure for some people that anything is possible.. You feed a person Garbage at every meal, and tell them that its good, eventually they believe its good, and it is still Garbage. Long Term success in this needs to be seen though.

I was on 1200 calories for 1 year ! 2 weeks before my surgery he wanted me to start a liquid diet... I said c'mon! He laughed and said O.K. you can continue your diet, but 3 days before your surgery, you switch to liquids. So on my last day before the switch. I ordered a Porterhouse Steak, Baked Potato, and some salad. I only ate a portion of the steak, and was full.

O yes ! Stress, Anger, being upset, for some women your period can cause it to tighten, and believe it or not so can the weather for some. You all have heard someone say "A STORM IS COMING IN I CAN FEEL IT !" The same thing can happen with the band. It can tighten rite up for no reason, then you'ss see the weather change. Everything is kept in memory so say,,, 4 months from now you want to see what you were eating. It'll be there for you. My surgeon told me not to Drink this stuff, because it can cause body mass. We were put on Muscle Milk Light as a Supplement. I have mine for lunch, and sometimes some cottage cheese shortly after. Yes contact your Ins. Co., and they might even have Dr.'s that they prefer that you see. Also Post on the forum for TRICARE Patients only ! , and you should get some hits from people that have the Ins., and have gone threw the program.

You already answered your own questions. You suffered from Infertility for years, now you might have a child. Obesitey causes allot of problems with infertillty, and then with the loss, end up Pregnant. Even though your hormones are out of whack, they could straiten out with weight loss. You lost 30 pounds, but gained 20 back. So realiticley,, you can't keep it off rite? That's where the band works ! You know you have Medical issues, and yet you want to be around. Yep ! They will fall off in time or your Dr. will remove them on your visit. That's what mine did anyway. But it's NORMAL!

It's water in, and water out ! As long as you keep going. I know you don't want to, but there is nothing solid at all. You can call your Dr. Monday, and maybe he might subscribe something.

Mine are not there anymore ! Even the fill Dr. has to look for the scar, and TRY ! to find it. So I just show him where it's at, and he feels for the Port.. My PCP said can I see your Port I said of course. She can't see the scar at all.. That's 2 different Doctors.

First of all Sorry for Your Loss... I don't know the Medical stragatie the way Elcee does. "NICE JOB Elcee." I can only comment on what I know. Stress, Preasurer, and even the Weather "Depends on the person" will cause this band, to tighten up.
