Hi everyone. I have been reading your posts for months now, just wishing I had the ability to join you all as a fellow bander. I was told 3 years ago that I was a good candidate for the surgery but our Insurance would'nt cover it. So I have tried on my own to lose weight and guess what, I gained 20 lbs. lol. Such as life I suppose. I just love food way too much. Yesterday my husband came home and informed me that Jan 1st the insurance was changing to United Healthcare. I have read many posts thoughout the internet that they cover the surgery. I now feel like I have a fighting chance. I actually cant remember being so happy to hear anything in quite some time. Now I may finally have a reason to post to this site! I hope soon I will be posting with my own stories of success soon. Andi
