Hello My Friends!!! I been away for a long time but I had an appointment last week and my weight is 257!!!! Down 27 LBS!!!!:coffee::tongue2: I fell so great plus they told me I'm down 6 inches from my hips and 9 inches from my waist!!!! So excited!!!! My 2nd fill is on Wednesday and let me tell you I need it!. Let's keep the good work!!!!:wub: -
Congratulation on 20lbs!!!!!!:thumbup::thumbup: I was band in 11/03 too and I also lost 20 how great is it?!?!?!?!:laugh:
Keep up the good work and you see 2009 will be the best year ever because it will be all about our sucess!!:w00t:

Hi to all!! I start mushies today!!!!!!!! :tongue2:Yes I'm excited because I been in a liquid diet for the past 4 weeks and I needed something to chew on. I have a Doctors appointment on Wednesday for my first fill and for my official weight in, hopefully the scales is good to me. I been really good with my eating but last week I was lazy and did not go to the gym I should be ashamed of myself!!!:cool2: Today I'm back to my routine and for punishment for not going to the gym last week I'm not taking the weekend off from the gym. That should teach myself! LOL I will post my new weight on Wednesday. Hope everyone is doing good! GO US!!!!!!:thumbup: -

Hi! I been doing ok. I been in the liquid diet for almost a month and I'm so ready for munchies! My Doctor's appointment is next week so I will have the official weight in and excited and scared all at the same time because I'm afraid the scale will say something crazy like 1 pound loss but I have hope it will say more. What about you? did u quit your obsession with the scale? Keep me posted ans Happy Thanksgiving!!! I will be having turkey soup!!!!

I was band on 11/03/08 and I had to do 2 days of clear liquids, 4 weeks of liquid, 2 weeks of soft food and then I can start trying regular foos little bit at a time. Right now I'm still in liquids and by next week I'll be eating soft food and by Dec 25 that's when I can start "regular" food so X-mas present for me!!!!

I was also banded on Nov.03 and I'm having the same problem. People around me tell me they can see that I'm losing weight but every time I get on the scale it's the same, one day I will lose 3 lbs the next I will gain them. I know how you feel so my solution to the problem is to not weight myself until I go to my doctor's appointment on Dec 3, which is for my first fill, I'm just going to keep eating what I'm supposed to and exercise. for the response today! I hope I didn't come across as a B****! I am on a pre-op diet and I quit my nicotine gum...so when I read that I had to respond. Thanks for your support. I didn't even want to put another banner up but my 15 year old daughter has a tablet for her PC and drew the Notorious Novembers Banner on her computer, so I felt obligated to her, she suprised me! She made it for everyone to use if they like!
