I have Cigna first off... and a good insurance specialist at the doctors office.. I really didn't do anything special. Just jumped through their hoops for 6months and did everything they told me I had to do... Don't give up on your appeals though, they are counting on you to just go away. Keep at it!

Ya, Im doing great, got my band 6-5 and this is my 7th day. Started back on the milk based protein this am. Boy was that a mess on my system!!! But Im down 20lbs and am very happy!

just need to give your body time to adjust, Im still in the clear liquids phase til fri.. I think getting enough protein is key to the pounds coming off.. have you tried the bullets yet?

Thanks, I hope I have a realistic goal in mind.. I would love to be down atleast 40lbs down by then.

I actually just go my date...June 1st.. Going with Dr. Matthew Mancini at UT Hospital! Very excited!
