Goes to show how differnt we all are.... and how differnt our Dr.'s are. I was on strict Clear Liquids for 10 days prior to surgery and continued for 4 weeks post-op.....I am on normal foods now, however had my first fill 3 days ago and am having trouble getting soft foods down!!! I walk 2 miles a day and I think that really helps me. Don't get discouraged!!!

I was banded 2/21/06 at 281 lbs, I am down -52 lbs and have a goal weight of 140lbs.... It just doesn't happen fast enought for all the work I have done! after a loss of 52 lbs I have only gone down 1 clothing size!!!! :faint:
