Hi BJean again, You will notice it soon, that is where I have noticed it, in my clothes, I am wearing jeans that I haven't been able to wear in 4 years, I went down two sizes, no more plus sizes. I can actually button all of my little jean jackets that I saved. I'm not going to buy anything new though until I loose more, I'll just wear my comfortable matching active wear. My problem areas are the hips and the stomach. Hang in there, you will soon!!!

HI BJean, I have just been following the doctors orders as to what I eat. I haven't started working out yet because I still get pains. Lets see I don't eat, carbs like bread, Pasta, NO sweats at all, meat makes me sick. I have tried a few times but it wasn't worth me getting sick..I'm sure in time I will be eating it again. I mostly have my Protein drinks, carnation instant Breakfast sugar free with skim milk 4-5 x's a day. I eat unsweetned applesauce, strawberries, sugar free pudding, for my chocolate fix. I eat alot of the 99% fat free cream of broccoli, that fills me up. I like to eat it from other places, like Quiznos, subway has a really good one, and other places. I never like that kind of stuff but I wanted to lose weight so I changed my whole way of thinking to eat. I drink alot of Water all day long. Thats about it. I get my first fill next thursday. I am pretty shocked myself for the weight coming off. I wasn't expecting it. I feel good too, I'm not hungry.

I lost another 3.5 pounds this week...I was weighed at the doctors office
-
My BMI was 35.2, sorry I said it was 39. I have heart disease and other stuff, my weight was 203, but I was approved. If I wasn't approved I was ready to fight. Anyways, I had the surgery sept. 20th and am feeling great, lost 22 lbs so far. Best thing for me ever, I see my cardiologist in November and he will be proud of me. Don't give up.

My first fill is in November. I can't believe I lost more weight, I didn't think I did until I stepped on the scale. I don't have a scale at home. I don't want to jump on it all the time, so my daughter has Daisy's on Mondays, and at the place they have a scale, so that's when I jump on.

I finally got the surgery. My BMI was 39.3, I was denied right before my surgery. I got the letter, called my doctors office they got on the phone with BC/BS Anthem of NH, and they approved it..within 2 hours, so I was able to get the surgery done. It is the best thing I have done. Yes it was hard for the 1st few weeks, but I stick to the diet plan, and have lost 22 lbs since September 20th! I wish everyone luck! Hang in there

Thanks for your help on mushies..I don't eat seafood though. I'll have to come up with some chicken stuff and put it in my food processor. I'm not hungry though, NOT at all, food doesn't even interest me, but I have to make myself eat. Its an aweful not wanting to eat, it was always the opposite. So if anyone has any other good mushie foods to eat please let me know, or some HIGH protein drinks that I can make with fruit. I am getting no fruit, nothing really.

I'm having a hard time coming up with mushie foods to eat, It seems like I am not eating anything because I don't know what to make...any suggestions? Since I don't know what to eat, I'm just drinking protein shakes again... Thanks for your help!!

I'll do the challenge too. Just let me know how to do a new ticker

I never liked low fat food until this surgery, its amazing how good anything tastes! I don't think I would like good with alot of sugar in it, it would be too sweet for me. I'm going to try beans mashed up with a fork, baked beans, those sound good. A little mashed potatoes, and mashed up chicken in the food processor.
