let me in let me in.....I was banded june 6 2005 and I have only lost 47lbs since then. I lost 9lbs before my banding but I don't know if I can cout them? I really wanted to be to 200 by my aniversry I have 15lbs to go and holding.boo hiss;)

I can't figure out how to do it lol. I just write back and forth to myself lol. I think it would be nice too. write me and maybe we can go there together and talk.Amy

Gees woman give youself a break... How long have you had your band????? How long have you been eating? It does take a little getting use to. You have to learn to really listen to your body. And do not take one more bite. Plus it does seem that every Dr. has a different post surgery diet. Some have you on clear stuff for two weeks some for three. listen to the body, it will tell you. I had to go to Vagas about two weeks after and I just ate what is in Vagas only slower and smaller amounts. And everything was good. be real be good. Amy

Hi Melissa, I know just how you feel. I GOT BANDED last june and I went through the big doubt. Being a mom and a woman we always put everyone eles first. and I thought of a million other things I could send 12,000,00 on. But I am so greatful I sent it on me. I wouldn't want to be without it It has been a great help in the battle of the bulge. Good Luck Amy
