that's right, think positive!!! i got banded a week ago. if i never see another popsicle...the weight is already visibly coming off. won't weigh til my check-up tomorrow, want to be surprised. GOOD LUCK to you, and God bless!!!!

hi, i was banded by Dr. Bovard on Dec. 22. He's awesome! again, i'd known him through working with him @ the hospital, and had always had wonderful experiences with him when caring for his patients. i felt like i knew what kind of Dr. he was. He does not disappoint!! i've known his office manager for years and love her as well. she goes above and beyond for the patients. I couldn't give a higher recommendation for a surgeon.:Banane20: -
so, i got banded on monday...specifically did it before Xmas so that would not be an issue to overindulge one last time... don't know what to expect. did not think the discomfort of the surg. itself would be as bad as it has been, but i'm ok. actually exercised a little yest. and this am. i'm soooo looking forward to finding the "me" that i lost once i put on all this weight.

i have had an opportunity to work with dr's enochs , dr's moran and dr. bovard and would recommend any of them for WLS. dr. bovard is new to the area, but has done several lap bands since he's been @ FRMC in louisburg. i think he (dr. bovard) does more lap bands than RNYs but just check on that. i certainly think you would be happy with your decision if you chose him.
