hi my Dr support group is 80 miles away and like you I found it unhelpful so contacted some local lap banders and we meet to share information,recipes, and if anyone needs an exercise buddy we help out, see if you can find likewise in your area. hope this helps :thumbup:

had my first fill in september and no problems ,just follow the instructions of care afterwards and you will be fine Good Luck

hi had my lap band in August lost 10kg by the time of my first fill in september but seem to be strugling now any sugestions what I`m doing wrong please:confused:
