Hey Everyone, I was wondering where Jason was. I am sure he will be at support group tomorrow. It has been a while since I have been on as well. It was a busy time through the holidays. Hope to see everyone tomorrow at Support group. In response to the easy way out with lapband. You have to exercise and follow the rules if you want it to be a success....that's not always easy. But this has been a blessing for me. I feel 100% better than I did prior to surgery. See you tomorrow, Cindy:thumbup:

Hey Guys and Gals, Just got back from the gym and had a few minutes to catch the last few posts. Jason, I am so sorry your first fill experience was not good. Hope today is a better day for you. I will probably be a little nervous in the future if Dr. Miles comes in to do my fill. I will be thinking about a name for the group. T-shirts would be neat. Gotta get ready for work. An older lady in the class said something along the lines of I know I am older but I want to know if Sex is better after the surgery to which several responses were given. Veronica was glad Father Michael was not in the room.

:thumbup:Hey Everyone I am new to the group. My name is Cindy from Montgomery. My grandkids call me Lou. My husband has started calling me Skinny Minnie. His way of support. He is great!! I hope all of you have someone that believes in what you are doing. If not it sounds like this group will be there for you. I had my surgery on 8/21 down 31# and 17ins and have had no true problems. This is so great that the band works if you do what you are suppose to do. I had my first fill when I went back for my six week check 2.5 cc and it has kept me on track. I go back the 30th for my next fill. Jason R and FordGal thanks for the time yesterday I enjoyed talking with you after support group. It was a great meeting. I was proud for both of you for you weight loss. Saving Grace missed you at the meeting I talked with you and Jason last month about this site but I got confused on where I was suppose to go and went to Obesity Help instead. J & F gave me the info again yesterday but I couldn't get on until this morning. I can't stay on but wanted to tell you all that I am looking forward to working together to achieve our goals one day at a time. God Bless I will try to get back on this evening around 9:00.
