Ok I don't know how many of you out there have any trouble finding that perfect way of cooking your chicken to be honest it took me 2 years to figure out the best way for me to make it, and be able to easily eat it with the band. So what I do is take my boneless skinless chicken breast and beat it yes beat it half to death lol which makes for tenderness, I then take a good steak knife and poke holes all in it (don't worry all you folks once marrinated and grilled the chicken draws up don't be afraid to beat it up before cooking I promise it will draw back up just don't go overboard) after the holes buy you some marrinade you can use italian dressing or several other marrinades that look like salad dressings but I use the herb and garlic by various companys whoever is cheaper. ok so let it marrinate as long as possible at least 4 hrs anything over is great. Then I use various seasonings you can use your imagination on this but the marrinade is really all the flavor you need . But after that slap them babies on the top side of the grill cook them fast don't leave them on too long or you will have chicken jerkey but if you pull them off in the rite amount of time BAM@! perfect juicy full of flavor chicken off the grill!:smile2:

Hey to all my friends out there old and new I have to first apologize because I started a new name, if you see any posts out there by huberslave or huberrover that was me. As it is I plan to keep this name which is my name so there is no confusion and I also wanted to start fresh with my profile and pictures. I have had the band for nearly two years Im doing great so far I love my band and wouldn't trade it for all the food in the world lol. So anyhow friends hit me up if you have any questions old or new and I will do my best to get back to you. :smile2:

Hey Everyone Pain Afer Surgery Question Here??
Chris1982 posted a topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
What I am hoping to get out of this thread is some people to share their experience with how their pain felt after surgery. I mean did it hurt to wipe your butt, or was it hard to tie your shoes because of the pain, could you shower, how different did you feel? I mean was setting up hard to do or were you afraid to pick up your child. Was it just sore or was it very painful did it feel as if something were ripping loose inside you. And like how different does it feel to eat now does it feel like food it stuck just below your throat or do you feel like ur belly is full?>? Any how for those of you who don't know me I'm Chris 23 years old from TN my surgery will be done by Dr. Fromm at Memorial Hostpital in Chattanooga, all I'm waiting on is an aproval from insurance and hopefuly will have that in 2 more weeks minimum, and I'm nervous and you guys are really helpful to ease my mind most of the time! -
Personal r-rated Question For The Guys Out There
Chris1982 posted a topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
Ok all you guys that have been banded I heard that on opra the other day she had a special on something to do with weight loss ok, and in her discussion it was said that men grow and inch for like every 25-50 lbs they loose and you know what I mean by gaining an inch and I was just wondering if anyone would like to put this in perspective as to whether its true or not, if not I will when I see some changes on my end. Just a question hopefully not offensive. :nervous
