The liquid phase was easy to me it was the Optifast pre surgery diet that has been the hardest out of any of this. you're gonna love it - its such a great journedy and learning experience! GOOD LUCK! I am scheduled next month. May I ask why you don't feel well? Is it the liquid diet? I wish I could go to a remote island during that time. I am sure I am going to be 'creepy'.....

Please let me know how it goes. I am hoping to go thru with it soon, too. I was told by our insurance, Aetna, they don't require a 6 mos. diet plan with the doctor, so if that is verified, I want it asap. Good Luck to you - I am a stones throw away in AZ! ; . ) -
May I ask why you think it wasn' successful? I am considering having the procedure & would be devastated if it didn't work. I would really appreciate your thoughts..... Thanks!
