Well, I weighed myself this AM and lost 8# on the pre-op diet, then 2 hours later ate 2 cookies at work! I was by myself - of course I am Miss Perfect when others are around! Can't trust myself alone! I guess that is the BIG thing to work on..

I am so excited - 6 days until surgery. 7:45 AM.
