The Big Guy

I just thought I would join, after lurking for the last 4 months. I am 48, live in Coquitlam, BC (A suburb of Vancouver, BC). I was banded on July 9, 2008, and including the post op diet (20 lbs) I am 60 lbs down. My wife has also since been banded, and has lost about 25 lbs - pre-op and post-op. Think the decision out. Make sure you are doing this for you, and for the right reason. Loose as much as you can before the banding. Eat your favourite meal 2 weeks before surgery. Good luck TBG
