I had my band in november and so far i have had one fill. and lost about 30 pounds im not sure if thats too little?? i kinda got depressed and wanted to give up BUT i didnt cuz i wanted this soo bad . How many fills did u get?? and did u also exercise?? plz let me know thank you

Hey hun its okay .. dont worry first off dont be discourged at all because you are doing great.. And hun 23 pounds is not a joke its very hard to loose that and you are doing everything right.. i had mine dont november 24 few days before. thanksgiving so imagine what i went thru u know the haykakan food lol ehh .. and until now i have lost 33 pounds which is nothing compared to what other people loose .. but i cant complain becuase thats just the way it is.. everydiet i have done i have lost weight very slow.. i already had my second fill.. so dont worry you are really doing great..one secret that works is drink a lottttttt i mean a lottt of water it does help i lost 12 pounds doin that.. if u have questions lemme know hun

hi welcome to the site. Yes i live in hollywood .. Wow next week i remeember how i felt around my surgury.. Unfortunalty im not close to my goal yet but im trying to keep my hopes up its something that i did and i dont regret it at all. Im sorry but i never went to any support groups.. are u doing it at ceders? if u are u should ask them becuase i did mine there and they do give u a list .. lemme know if u need anything else

total lost 90 pounds.. on november 24 it will be 3 years i have the band.. BUT keep in mind everyone is different some people loose fast and some need more time depend on the body )
