Hello All! I am Jennifer from Arizona. I just was banded last Thursday and I am dealing with the gas, shoulder pain, still drinking liquids.. Hello. I am a newbie to banding, I had it done last Thursday 10/9/08 and I am a newbie to this site. I am not on solid foods yet, but I am wondering what types of carbs can you eat when you get to solid foods? I know Pasta is out white bread, is rice out as well? I love brown rice but do not know if I can have that? If someone could give me some ideas on what they have ate for carbs.. I would grately appreciate it. :-) Thanks Jennifer
