Any suggestions for a fill doc in / near Cincinnati?

I haven't had a fill yet, but had my surgery done by Dr. Trace Curry on October 21st. Dr. Curry and his staff are great and they have a very comprehensive program to provide all the support you need before and after your surgery. I think he mentioned fills ran $100 each. But if he does your surgery-his fee includes 2 or 3 years of fills. So far my experience has been great. -
