Is there anyone who lost more than 220 pounds without surgery?

OK. I live in the part of the world where weight loss surgeries like in the USA do not exist(gastric bypass and things like that..) I am sure that there are some people who succeded that and would like to share their experience with me... I had 374LBS. Now I have 264 LBS.
