  4. Ok so i think i need a nap.. i slept 5 hrs last night.. too much anxiety.. Well today im hungry after eating my bfast at 10:30 so im having lunch here in a few min. BUT i think that is just stress or something, cause i can feel my band again. I drank a lot of water to get osme down before i cant for an hour lol, and well, i could feel it going thru the band, i havent felt that in like FOREVER. But im having a low cal lunch spagetti squash with 2 tbsp red sauce and some cheese sprinkled on top... not bad and will hold me over.. i hope till dinner, if not im gonna take a nap to maybe get my body restored.. i also did the c25k this am.. And Riley you are smart for doing it at 5am! Cause i go at 9 and yeah i like the cool air, but i could imagine how nice it would be even earlier.. too bad i cant get my arse outa bed that early consecutively....
  5. Riley, i bet you sure had fun though! This is why we got banded andnot rny so we can have these occasional fun days:D Everyone raise your water bottles, this is to a day of no snacking and making the RIGHT food choices:D
  6. Tina is right it is like a 10 lb difference once you hit 16 hence why im irritated with clothes.. You are doing so great!
  7. Aww Heather, it will happen i think it took me about 35 before i saw a size difference... You will see it soon. Also try other brands.. i notice a size in one is super duper tight and in another super duper loose..
  8. Heather! Thanks im headed to CL now:D AND i agree, when i hurt my knee and had to take a week off that turned into like 3 weeks... where i sparatically worked out. I find if i make sure to do SOMETHING everyday i stay addicted.. and look forward to it.
  9. oh and ive been to OSF.... i had their spinach and cheese rav personally i didnt like it its with the red sauce and its the same reason i dont like spagetti im just not a big red sauce girl.... If anyone sees a jogging stroller i REALLY need one:D
  10. Hi Ladies!!!:tongue_smilie: Well lets see her woke up at 10 so i did miss Breakfast, or i guess i had a brunch instead... Here is my lineup.... B: 1/4 c SW egg beater, 1/2 lc cheese, 1/3 c Orienda Potatoes 110cal L: none had B at 10:30... D: Parmesan chicken one breast 1 c salad 1 bread stick(600 or so cals) S: Frozen yogurt... 120 cal We went to olive garden, and i loooove their parmesan chicken the prob is it comes with two pieces of chicken and about a cup of spagetti all for 1000 calories, so since i just had one piece of chicken gave auds the spagetters and have the other for tomorrow im calcalting around 350 for the chicken. Then salad with no ranch. But i did have a full bread stick....... Then on the way home there was a new Brain Freeze yogurt so we stopped. Well then we went too the lake and my heart monitor says i burned 800 cals!!! I walked around the lake 4 times, jogged once.. So i burned my delish dinner. And i have found out you really need to pick where you walk, cause when we walk at home after 1.5 i am bored... so wanna stop, at the lake i can go around over and over and over again. So everyone pray tonight i realllly wanna know tomorrow i dont want this guy to be lazy about getting back to us. Also would u guys think its ok for mike to call him??? Or will that look to needy?
  11. Tina:) Have fun, Christine have fun! Ok now Tina, 3 tacos oh well yummmy thankfully you didnt PB!!! Girl log! IF you join us in posting on here it will keep you more on track, since weve been doing that i have gone down! Meaning... THE scale IS MOVING AGAIN! It took 9 days to get back to 188, after the fill i gained 4 lbs somehow... well i got back down and then down another lb:D I am gonna post daily:D It also keeps me more honest because i know you girls love me and would jump me if i ate a bunch of Sh*t.. lol What i do is keep a notepad and just put the date then the BLD and what i ate.. then i copy and paste to here.. Here is something else, I have noticed since i stoped turbo workouts im loosing again, so maybe with turbo workouts you need more cals??? We are going to the Sportsmans in roseville today, oh lucky me lol.. Have fun everyone!

It has to be newer then we think cause some of the girls "Jess, Candra, candy" etc on our other board aren't having to take this class and they started the process like 6 weeks ago.. they are also very new to this whole process. I think most of them have just had the orientation and dr appt with the surgeon... But Liz said it is a new class to help weed people out before orientation, since orientation was huggggge:D Thats another thing it has to be less then a month old cause liz, robin and dr baggs told us at our fill last week that its a new step. You will do fine im sure, and maybe since they should eb teaching you everything there that they do in orientation maybe that will make orientation shorter and easier:) You will do great im sure:D
  13. Oh that was a fun stage.... good thing is your not hungry in the begining.. For liquids i did a lot of cream Soups.. my theory was if its more liquified then yogurt im good. So i did do egg drop soup and purify it.. and other soups. For Mushies, life is getting better.. i took chili and mushed it.. VERY GOOD with some cheese on top. I made some crock pot chicken all day long (my fav recipe) then put it in the processor, again looks nasty but tastes the same... I bought a lot of the chunky soups and just mushed them to be honest. A lot of people do refried Beans and cheese.
  14. Candra it soo is working:D You look HOT!!! :smile2: Seriously. So tonight is day 2 of her new bed and we had no issues going to bed she walked us in there climbed in we tucked her in and walked out, and she quietly went to sleep.... maybe i did this just in time??? Time will tell:D As for her experience with the forth of july well.. mommy and daddy bought her some really cool 19.99 pack of fireworks, and we are the most UNCOOL people in the universe lol. We lit them only a couple she went oooh over but more just watched and then with the neighbors shes pointing babbling etc.. lol she liked their show wayyyy better. Then daddy did some sparklers and she said "lemme do it" ya right! It was a nice forth relaxing:D Then wewatched some really cool fireworks show on tv lol. Hope you all had fun!
  15. Im not sure, shes being a pill today. She opened the oven while i was cooking!!!!!!! (scared the crap out of me!) We bought a lil family pack of fireworks that we are going to set off for her and some sparklers. I am sure she will think they are cool and fight us to want to touch them good thing we got the cheap kit so they wont last long lol...:smile2:
  16. Yea only make the small amnt, i actually made the recipe up but off of a larger cookie recipe:D We had 12 total, and there are 3 left, goodness.. they were liked lol. I only had 3 though so not so bad.. 150 cals.. and if you do splenda its even less!!!:smile2: How is ur forth going tina??

  18. The first time i made Spag squash mike hattttted it.. this time he went back. Its such a nice alternative and whats nice is how lil cals it is!
  19. Tina do a lettuce shell! Thats what i do when the tortillas are too many calories for my day:D AND its good!!! Ok so i made the cookies, and i ate one lol.. VERY GOOD and only 49 cals each! 1/2 c crunchy peanut butter 1/4 c Sugar (there would even be less calories if u do splenda!!!) 1/8 cup egg beaters Mix them all and bake for almost 9 min.. at 350, just keep an eye on them:D They taste just like normal cookies but not as much FAT! Wonderful!!!:smile2: THE HUBS is even stealing them all.. Oh yeah it makes 12 cookies...
  20. I choose the Lap Band because of all the positive information I found on it. I love my band, I have been banded now since 3/31/09 I can not see my port nor can i barely feel it... I really think what the previous poster said refers more per persons body... and im a size 10/12 so thats pretty good. My port also has never hurt a lot of people complain of that... and i have had no complications, no PBing and i can eat what i want in moderation... It really is a personal decision.. i have heard the realize band is a newer band??? In my opinion they all do the same job so pick whatever:D
  21. WOW! I just saw this thread for the first time, I have to say you are kickin butt! A huge inspiration! I am going to have to share this with my friend she was told to loose 80 lbs first.. so yeah same boat of needing a huge loss first. Congratulations on your upcoming surgery!

B: Egg Beater Quiche 150cal L: 1 c watermelon 46 cal D: 2/3 c Spagetti Squash, 1/8 c red sauce, mushrooms and onions, 1/2 sausage link 1/3 piece toast (around 350 cals) Hmm a lil low for the day maybe i shall get hmm yogurt;) we will see... My band seems to be working better i dont really get hungry i hope this lasts i remember it afte rmy last fill but it was gone after my malibu vacation.. How i made the spagetti squash and even the hubby had 2nds and 3rds:D Cut it into 4, Boiled some water added fresh onion slices and garlic and a lil bit of butter. LITTERALLY a lil bit... 1 tsp or so...i used a knife.. Ok cover and boil for 20 min i also added some garlic salt and other seasonings. When done the "spagetti" literally is already falling off the skin. It is soo easy! AND get this it tastes like spagetti.. The first time i made it was in the micro and it was not that easy to get it off the skin, and it was more crunchy... then i made some tomato sauce to put a lil on and then ate that with the sausage.. prob my first favorite healthy meal... Ok so for excersize i did the day one of c25k, i was able to do 2 miles in the 30 min that made me happy... we are gonna go for our walk in a while... Im ready to update my ticker.. so lets do this! OHHHH i find im full longer during the day when i drink the sugar free water additive stuff like CL.. anyone else find that. Cause i seriously wasnt hungry all day... The watermelon was tasty though:D
  24. Tina go sit on ebay to distract:D Thats what ive been doing, buying new clothes:D You can really find some excellent deals there!!! I cant wait for my walk tonight and then fireworks.. or maybe fireworks first.. lol i dont know.. Im doing good with the food today, maybe i finally got some restriction??? Cause yesterday and today im doing better. I REALLY want to make some peanut butter cookies though and i found a recipe for 60 cals, i keep telling myself they are protein if i have one im fine lol im bad girl.
  25. Im going to do this one: Susan B. Anthony Race Website I think, i just realized how close it is lol. I wont be done with the c25k program by then, so i guess ill see when im fit enough. The Susan G Koman race is in September.. I cant afford the tahoe one... That is too much to put out for a race right now.
