  1. Hi ladies:) So just a warning lol, whenever we do day activities here on out i have auds.. yeah no fun for me but sounds like u all will love her lol. Tina.. i once heard dairy is bad for a sore throat? So she is trickin ya! Ill take ya up on your offer. She just takes time to warm up im sure youve noticed that lol. Yesterday she cracked me up at the meeting how she didnt realize i walked to the table and was like MOMMMMA!!!! lol and chasing me down. Such a baby. SPeaking of, i am learning her.. she was startin to become.. well 2.. and i was like ok i think we are close to nap time. So i went and found her and she already had her GIANT blanket (litterally is for a twin size bed) and sippy, i said ok lets go to ur room, so she ran me in there and i tucked her in and shes out. love when i learn my own kid:D So today im doing... OK.. lol i made mike and auds cinnamon rolls for bfast, and had a half of one over the course of an hour.. you know bit here bite there.. For lunch i had 1 tablespoon of egg/chicken salad and 2 pieces of the meat from the dinner i made the other nite. So about 1/4 c food. Filled me up. But head hunger isa killer today...

Aww auntie candra I love you too, i like how you teach me to throw crayons on the ground and stick them between my toes, and then eat muffins yummm that was good.. i bugged mommy till she gave me more.. We went to the pizza place i loveeee and i got to play on the playground. They say you have to be 32 inches but you will fit just fine;) <3 Audrey Renee

  4. Pam: i hope you can get some rest today, that does not sound like an enjoyable evening AT ALL. I have a question for seasoned parents:D How do you know when your child wakes from a nightmare vs just waking to wake??? I dont wanna ignore audrey if she is waking from a nightmare but i dont wanna cuddle her if she is waking to be a brat lol. Thanks pam, and the plaid looks fine i think you just need to wear smaller clothes:) Baggy lady!!!:)Go to ross get a cute little dress to wear to the colonoscopy;) Tina: we got the band so we can live, thats what ya did and its all good:) I want a brownie though lol. Oh well debating on what to do with my sunday....
  5. Tam just like Chris said. Because right now your body is used to a flat number of calories. Also try to mix up WHAT you are eating, for instance if you are eating tuna, try throwing in some shrimp, or beef. Try no carbs or very tiny tiny bit, and TONS of water.. for the next week i bet you will see some drops:D

  11. So i had some water and got heart burn lol however that one works.. whatever. Oh dinner btw i had a piece of pizza a lil bit of salad and a bite of auds pasta.. went down fine no probs.. then i tried desert like over an hour later I COULDNT! i had no space. I didnt pb or anything but you know it just wasnt workin.. weired OK.. im nervous.. the teacher for my Body Fitness Class emailed me. Talk about make me sick to my stomach im SO close to dropping:(

  17. Hi Pearls Girl Do not start workin towards the 10% now, that is set at orientation. AND, some people do have to loose less its all up to the surgeon and your body. I am sorry you are getting riff from your hubby, support though is the key to this. Unfortunately.. but the good thing is we are all each others support system. Dr baggs even asked me at my fill, "arent they all in there your support" So they know we are all close:) where are you wanting your surgery to take place?? You should join us tomorrow at the bariatrics support meeting it really is a good thing to go to!

  20. I am feeling better heart burn went away after dinner. But i am learning maybe i cant have my tamale anymore. I think tomorrow ill be safe at lunch though and do a Soup though. Im kinda scared with the kinda uh "get rid of tamale" i did.. Oh i gotta do my menu.. ok ur gonna all laugh... B: 1 fried egg YUMMMO 70 cal S: 1/2 c popcorn eek:D 30 cal L: 1/2 c chili 20gprotein!!!:ohmy: 200 cal S: 1/2 c watermelon.. (this is when the fun began...) 25 ALMOND INTERVENTION... 120 cal D: 1/8 c rib meat (went down fine..) 1 bite tamale.. not so grand.. resorted to some chicken noodle soup broth.. 120 cal WOW WITH ALL MY SNACKING.. i ate under 600 cals.. i had a crash today so i ate popcorn for some energy was avoiding sugars..:biggrin: OH COOL FACT:) i got on the scale tonight when i showered i was 178! Lookin forward to weighing in tomorrow. OH DONNA, i missed out on the wii today ill do it tomorrow.. im just missing out on energy...:sneaky:
