Yes that makes sense the bad foods I can eat and have no problems. The protein does make you full!! I am at 8 cc now and maybe a little more restriction, but not what I want!!

Well I am home and feeling pretty good! I am sore too but nothing I can not handle. I am sipping on sf drinks and protein drinks today. I have lost 16 lbs as of this morning. How are you feeling?
