Ok. My names Carolyn. Im 26 and live in a small town in Illinois. I had a band put in two years ago, 2006, by a doctor who... apparently didnt know what he was doing. He not only messed up on my band but about 20 others as well, from what i gather from them and the practice he left. Anyway... my band slipped in 2007 and I had been fighting all the pains that come along with it. After it slipped tough... it was easy to fall back into the bad habbits. and i did. I was really mad. Not only that my band had slipped but that no one wanted to do anything about it and couldnt get a hold of the doctor who did it.... AND that i was self pay... so i paid out of pocket 15,000 to get this done... and it quit working... need less to say i was PISSED!!! ANYWHO.... i worked with the same pracitce but a different doctor, becasue mine had moved to chicago..but i hear now hes in PA.... anyway... my doctor now is a great man. And has really helped me out a lot. I got rebanded the day before my 26th birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!! lol...October 28th 2008 is my 2nd chance.

Dr. Tull did my surgery in September two years ago... and my band slipped about a year ago as well! From what i understand there are A LOT people he has done this to. I personally don't want him to do surgery to anyone else. Please go to someone else to get the band done!! PS... i had to pay for the whole surgery out of my own pocket...so basiclly im out the money i saved to get this done... I loved my band when it was working...
