I am having no luck w/his office at all and neither is my friend, we have done everything we are suppose to and it has cost us alot of money hundreds and everytime we call to see if they have sent our paper work to ins. they keep coming up w/excuses week after week there is nothing more we can do it is all in their hands. has anyone else gone w/him and what was the experience? Sholud I try another Dr.? We have been going thru. this sense June.

Elfiepoo please do not give up it took me 2 and a half years till I got it right, I even thought I would have it removed now I am glad I didn't.

Started 5k training today, I have done 5k before but only walking this time I want to jog one. I only wk.out a total of 25 min. today so I need to kick that up. I feel and sleep so much better when I wk.out it is the greatest drug out there even better than choc. Tomorrow 30 min. weights. How do I do a ticker tape I am so not smart when it comes to comps.:thumbup:

I do not want big knockers just really need them lifted they sag so bad it looks deformed. I got mastites(sp) w/ one of my kids and it really ruined them. Money is such an issue though. I am glad you are happy w/ yours.

BOOBS, ok now that I have your attention(just kidding) What do you all think of a boob lift and a little size added after 50? Do you think it would be worth it? I mean who will see them? I somewhat understand where u are coming from. I have been banded for 2.5 years and only lost 43lbs. I am now starting over and have had a really good week I am determined to work w/my band to lose atleast 43 more pounds. Keep in touch and hopefully we can do this thing.

I take effexor and so far I have not had a prob. swallowing. I have heard many times to put the powder in applesauce. I have so many ?s to ask u about prozac and anxiety. I know it works for depression just so worried it would put me over the edge on anxiety I have constant anxiety it never stops I am fine on my meds. but should change. I do not know if u know about effexor or not but I do need to get off eventually. Please keep in touch.

21/2 yrs. and the only weight I have lost is the 36# I put on to qualify for the surgery. I really hate myself. What is the sleve? How does it work? So many people get rid of their band and get the sleve. Any ideas?

when I had menengitis(sp)? I had to do my own pick line and that went to my heart. I would do my own fill in a sec. if I had the right supplies. It takes me 3.5 hrs. time and $65.00 each fill.

I hope someone here can help w/this ? about the lapband. I do not know how to start a new thread so I thought this looked like a good spot for my concerns. If u chew chew chew so food does not get stuck then it must go through to the bigger part of your stomache, in this case u can still eat alot. If food does not go through then it is stuck trying to go through and u vomit it back up. Can anyone please explain how the band works or is suppose to. Thankyou

I have had 5 fills I can eat tons still as long as I really chew and I do eat alot. I have only lost 20 pounds in 8 months I thought I understood how this works but I am know cofused.

I finally kicked my butt and kicked it good and started working out. I had surgery Dec. 31, 09. I have lost apr. 25# I joined a gym that is just like curves w/ lots of x-tras love it! Only thing is it is in an old mortuary and I am such a 47yr. old chicken. I guess I better get over it. I would love to have a ticker tape but have given up on that. My goal to start is atleast 3 times a week at gym and some x-tra out door walks. Have a great week.

I agree w/you when I see trees and young children playing, (whether they are gay or not) nature in all her glory, to me that is heaven. I love my life here and I do good I am not perfect and some of the stuff I have done would be considered wrong by some, but I have never intentionally hurt someone or any critters. So if there is a heaven I get to go. We just need to be nice to each other, unless the other sucks then you can be onery to them.:ohmy:

I love it even when I was not dieting I lost weight and inches, I am one of those people though who is not in the best of shape maybe if I was it would not work as well for me. But I do love it.
