I have Anthem Blue Cross as well, I live in Southern California. Monday is my first appointment with my primary physician to see if he will write a referral letter for me in order to have the approval process started. What steps did you have to go through before submitting your information to the insurance company? I am scared that they are going to deny me since they said that it would have to be reviewed by the board. Any information will be greatly appreciated! THANKS!
