9lbs! That is way cool! Congrats ... I have been kinda bummed, I am feeling like I don't even matter to my doctors office. My auth still hasnt gone through and this chick working on my stuff just is not as professional and intentional as I need her to be. Mind you, I am very particular and can be type A sometimes but dang! My paperwork was submitted wrong 1st then the second time something is wrong and she doesnt call me back or even care it seems that my date will have to change if I dont start liquids this Friday. I am so frustrated and trying not to show her my nasty side. I am happy you are moving forward, I am really trying to stay positive, I want this sooo bad.

Girl I have cheated my butt of and been grumpy from hunger ... lol ... I think I am just so iritated that nothing is approved yet and I am still waiting ... just way out of order. So for the most part I have stayed on liquids but I have had a little food at the end of the day just bad bad bad ... I knowww .. emotional eating is bad and I think that is what I am doing.

Good for you, I havent gotten on the scale yet, probaly will not until February 6th. I try to get on every 2 wks so I dont start getting obsessed...lol ... I dont want to get upset and all you know?

Hey Patti, my surgery was Friday 1-23-09, I just got home all is well. Some pain bt I got meds, everything is cool ... I am officially a loser now .. Yay!

Hey Patty, today was crazy I was so pissed I sent an email to my initial contact and to the person in the office handling my paperwork, basically just telling them how I feel. I called the insurance company several times and I had the doctors office fax me all of my authorization paperwork. By that time I was in communicatin with a supervisor and faxed them my paperwork directly and should here some hopefully good news by Friday. The only issue is if/when it is approved, my date may have to get pushed, I don't want that but I am trying to be prepared for that. As for my liquid diet, I am thinking of using Wheybolic extreme Chocolate & Banana, VG, Coffee, Water, Tea with & without Splenda and Daily Multi Vitamin and additional Iron Supplement. What about you?

Hey Patty! My name is Raquel and I live n Claremont, CA. Nice to meet you formally! Yeah, the situation is a bit of a mess, but I am really hoping that it is looking up now. I have not started my liquid diet either because I was told to wait for my Insurance approval, so they said I should do at least a week of liquids, so I will only drink liquids on Friday until I find out what's going on. So girllll ... trust me I am really hoping that they would approve this so that my butt and me can sit in the same room .. lol ... Happy New Year, I am looking forward to a size 9 in 2009 and to new friends in bandland like yourself!

Hey Wendy! You are doing great! Congrats on your loss. I am so not creative on this liquid thing and I have cheated 3 times too! I dhave felt the difference and I do not like that feeling so the liquid is effective. We definitely need to stay in touch, nust admit I am getting nervous.

Heyyy hows it going over there? I lost 7.4 last week on these liquids ... I am not cheating this week or next week, Lord help me. Last night I put some garlic and pepper in by Chicken broth ... it taste much better.

Hi Wendy, I officially started Friday 1/9, but because there was some issues about my date I really started on 1/2/09. The liquid diet is the horrible and not for humans, but we can do it, we will live, at least that what i keep telling myself .. be encouraged you can do this.
