Wow, Good for you!!! Your going throught Dr. Owens right??? I'm on the pre op diet and not likeing it much. I'm not loosing as fast as I thought I would, but I weigh everyday. I think I need to keep it to once a week, but I can't help myself. Anyway, my surgery date is Jan 19th and I can't wait to get started on this journey. When do you start your pre op diet???
