The drinks are fine actually, they help with hunger and they taste fine. I am way tired of liquids though, I think this is worse than the surgery itself. lol

Hey Wendy! You are doing great! Congrats on your loss. I am so not creative on this liquid thing and I have cheated 3 times too! I dhave felt the difference and I do not like that feeling so the liquid is effective. We definitely need to stay in touch, nust admit I am getting nervous.

I am glad you are cool, you are looking at it the best way! As of yesterday I lost another 3lbs so I am at 18.6lbs lost ... I am going to change my tracker to a count down tracker. Honestly, I am getting a little nervous though.

Patty, I am so sorry about the reschedule. Those kind of screw ups can really be frustrating, are you ok? I am sure you were upset, but like you said at least you wil have more time to lose weight. Yes, it is less than 2 weeks, it's more like 8 days! OMG! I am excited and scared but excited more . The liquid is easier now, it will be nice to get to someting else later tough. How is everyting for you?

Yeah, your sister is very close ... I have Kaiser also but I am using my my isurance (instead of my husbands) because it was faster. However I do want to see if Kaiser will take over my fills later on maybe after a year or so ... well see, yes definitely have to encourage each other so lets stay in touch!

Hi Wendy, I officially started Friday 1/9, but because there was some issues about my date I really started on 1/2/09. The liquid diet is the horrible and not for humans, but we can do it, we will live, at least that what i keep telling myself .. be encouraged you can do this.

Thank you, I am soo excited ... 19 days OMG! Can you believe it is really happening, I am just so happy right now, I really need to see me again ... I am definitely vigilant about not cheating on the liquid now becase I know it's not in vain. It actually helped me starting early because it will make the next 2wks much easier for me. Date is January 23rd! OMG!
