Stacy, I'm from Georgis, Locust Grove. I just had my surgery on the 5th of Jan. by Dr Titus Duncan Peachtree Surgical at Atlanta Medical Center. Who and where is yours
I'M 10 days out, and just had my Dr.'s appt. today. She said theres not much protien you can get on full fluids, You will start on protien meals about 12-14 days out. I start tomorrow. Cottage cheese, tuna , she said I could make a pot of chili this weekend. just remember to chew well.
If your willing to make such a severe change in your life by having this surgery, Its less effort to get to the Dr. and get the pills to help you stop smoking. Plus smoking will make you heal slower. Your stradigy for having surgery to save your body and future health conditions and continue smoking makes no sence at all.

I feel you, I'm banded for 8 days, in the soup phase now and very ready to get to something else, hang in there, you will feel better every day. When they say sip, sip sip, they mean it
Yes, If you are severely overweight most likley your liver is fatty. I was just banded Jan. 5th, and my surgeon told me she couldn't tell one lobe from another, and it felt like cheese cake.
