hello Iam glad everything went well:smile:. I will be having sugery with Dr A as well, so your story really helped me, i enjoyed reading about your surgery. I will be having surgery the in May and I cant wait,:confused: since my surgery is not that far from yours, we should keep in touch with each other progress. -

UUUGGHHHH girl I feel your pain with the savings! When I started to think about it I was sure my insurance would cover it then I found out they consider this an elective surgery!!! I was soooo upset because my BMI is 55 so how elective is that? Anyways I told my fiance to cover the bills for me
(evil smile) and I saved up 17000 dollars ...Let me say that again without crying 17000 dollars ...OK out of my system lol...anyways I think its the best decision I have made I am super excited I get banded tomorrow and with the preop diet I have already lost 20lbs so not that bad of a start...anyways I will keep you updated!! -

I believe it or not...I walk 40 minutes at breakfast and 40 minutes at lunch at work. I walk in the building (does nothing for scenery) but the inches are melting away! I work up a good sweat! I just added four flights of stairs. I have gotten so much attention at work. Most dont know I had surgery so they see me power walking. I must admit, it is a little embarrassing getting so much attention. It takes some serious adjustments, seeing all the weight gone! It is no magic! It takes work! You CAN DO IT! Good luck and let me know of you progress!

I will not be getting lapband untill july Im selfpay so I will be saving.In July I will have the money,I will let you know how it went. Thank you
